Independent	Not a city, a booking platform, a property manager or a law firm No one can pay to change how a rule or a market is described.
Official sources only	Municipal code, city permit pages, council records and state law Blogs and forums are never used. A platform's own help pages are cited only for what that platform does, such as which taxes it collects.
Every rule cites its source	Numbered citations link each rule to the document it came from If a source doesn't state something, we say so rather than guess.
Software finds, people verify	Software reads and compares documents; a person checks each rule before it's published Pages are marked Draft until that check is done, and every page shows the date.
